1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing or using SAT Angel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

SAT Angel provides access to SAT practice questions, AI-generated explanations, score tracking, and related study tools, delivered through our website. The Service is intended to support SAT preparation and does not guarantee any specific test score or outcome.

3. Plans and pricing

• Monthly plan: $49.99/month, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Lifetime plan: $99.99, billed once, granting permanent access to the Service as it exists and is updated over time.
• Demo Course: $15, billed once, granting access to the introductory course content.

Prices may change for future purchases; changes will not retroactively affect an active Lifetime purchase or a Monthly subscription's current billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current period unless required by law.

5. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared or resold.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reproduce or redistribute the question bank or course content; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.

7. AI-generated content

Explanations and some practice materials are generated with the help of AI tools. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Report any incorrect explanations to satangelprep@gmail.com so we can review and fix them.

8. No guarantee of results

SAT Angel is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular score, score increase, or admissions outcome. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by SAT Angel or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAT Angel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms over time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
